It looks like WWE is on a conquest to conquer the world. They’ve just added another in the series of events to be held outside the USA next year. As revealed in breaking news on ‘X’, fans became aware of WWE Backlash making its return as a Premium Live Event in France in 2024.
The Premium Live Event will emanate from the LDLC Arena in the city of Lyon, France on Saturday, May 4th, 2024. It seems that the fans in France are getting a treat. SmackDown will also take place in the same city. It would be the first SmackDown, to air from the soil of France on May 3rd, 2024, a day before the PPV! Fans can’t wait to see their favorite superstars like LA Knight, Roman Reigns, AJ Styles, Damage CTRL, and many others live in France.

The fans in Europe are on a series of constant wins. This major announcement follows the news of Bash in Berlin, which will take place on 31st August 2024. To recall, Backlash 2023 was also held outside the USA in Puerto Rico. Emanating from Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot in San Juan, it became the highest-watched Backlash PPV, in the history of WWE.
