An interview of the 14-time WWE World Champion Randy Orton recently went viral where he spoke about his former WWE colleague Daniel Bryan and stated he misses him. He also speaks about the legacy Orton would leave behind in the world of wrestling entertainment.
During his appearance in April’s Out of Character with Ryan Satin podcast episode, Orton said, “I want my legacy to be that I made sure that the guys like Edge, Seth Rollins, and AJ Styles, and god I miss Daniel Bryan and wish he was still here, but these guys, Finn Balor, Damien Priest, Austin Theory, Street Profits, Riddle especially, these guys that have all the potential in the world, Roman Reigns as well.”
He continued, “These guys that can work and they know the art of this business and I want my legacy to be that I was able to, with these gentlemen, take this business to the next generation and ensure that that new wave of talent knows how to do it the right way, staying true to the art of what it is and making sure that number one priority is taking care of your opponents’ health that you’re in the ring with. That needs to be number one in every case. If that’s my legacy, I’m happy with that.”

Will Randy Orton join AEW?
Randy Orton has been out of action since being eliminated by The Bloodline on SmackDown a few weeks ago. He was supposed to return to WWE for SummerSlam and face Roman Reigns.
The organization had originally prepared a list of opponents for Roman Reigns for the summer. At Money in the Bank, Riddle was set to face him, and then Orton was slated to face him at SummerSlam. Riddle vs. Reigns, on the other hand, has been canceled for MITB, and Orton’s future is also unknown at this moment.
Last year, WWE let a number of its popular wrestlers leave the company. The list included some of the biggest names in the business, including Daniel Bryan and Braun Strowman. The majority of the wrestlers who were released went to AEW.
As of now, AEW has a very strong roster, since they have also signed other notable talents like CM Punk. We have to wait to see if Randy Orton also switches to AEW in time.
