When you talk about the women’s evolution in WWE, Sasha Banks and Alexa Bliss are the necessary ingredients to add up in the mix for obtaining a viable conversation in this context. Both women played their parts for establishing a great women’s division in WWE and which also led wrestling fans to believe and take pride in women’s wrestling a lot more than what they used to do beforehand.

While Sasha Banks officially debuted on the main-roster during an episode of Monday Night Raw on July 15, 2015 alongside Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch, the Goddess Alexa Bliss debuted on July 26, 2016 edition of Smackdown Live, almost a year later than Sasha Banks. Both women have been multi-time women’s Champion here in WWE but things don’t always are actually good in real life than what it seems like on Television. Same is the case for both of these premier women athletes as both shared a reported beef for each other a few years back.

Athough the exact cause of the reported heat is unknown, it was believed that the fire between the two got ignited during one of their matches which they had on an episode of WWE’s developmental brand, WWE NXT. Bliss had alleged Sasha Banks for hurting her on purpose during their match. Reports even stated that both didn’t liked each other and were kept away from each other while in backstage area too.

Back in 2018, Banks even stated that Alexa Bliss would be the last person on her wishlist of facing her opponents but also insisted that if somehow they’re being put together in a match by the management she will be no problem in doing the match professionally as she knows how to do her job. Alexa Bliss once also blocked Sasha Banks in 2019 on Twitter to which Banks quoted a reply saying that ‘You scared?’. You can check out her tweet below –

Although having personal real-life issues between them, both women have battled it out on the main-roster several times quiet professionally giving fans some of the most memorable moments they would like to have in their memories.

While responding to the abovementioned rumours about her issues with Banks, the former Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss responded by asserting that she would like to act as professionals with Banks. Here’s exactly what she said,

“I’ve seen the things she said about me. If that’s how she feels, that’s fine. But we know that we put it to the side and have a productive, professional match because that’s what it’s all about,” Bliss said.

But now, the things have been changed for good as the beef between them have somewhat settled. During an interview with Stephanie Hypes, The Boss said that she would like to team up with Alexa Bliss in future. It’s always a great sight to behold when personal grudges gets aside by the bloom of better understanding and affection for each other, either for their work ethics or for any person in particular. Same happened between Sasha Banks and Alexa Bliss which is very satisfying for us as wrestling fans.
