WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins walked out with his title from Crown Jewel 2023. His match against Drew McIntyre opened the show and delivered a fabulous bout to warm up the crowd in Saudi Arabia. But the drama that began on X later on was equally worthy. IWGP United States Champion Will Ospreay reacted to the victory in a spooky way.

WWE posted a graphic stating Seth’s successful title defense at Crown Jewel 2023. But Ospreay commented out of nowhere with an eye emoji, implying that he has his eyes on the World Heavyweight Champion. This was not it, as Seth Rollins also responded to Will Ospreay by writing that the water is warm.

Seth Rollins might have implicitly hinted that WWE is currently in its hottest state. The situation all around the wrestling industry is hoping for CM Punk to show up at Survivor Series. On the other hand, former AEW TBS Champion Jade Cargill has already made her way into WWE. Thus, to add to the list, WWE could be bringing Will Ospreay to their company in early 2024.

If this ever plays out, WWE has plans to set up a feud between Rollins and Ospreay. This interaction, along with a few more past exchanges, shows a way for the WWE Universe to witness a dream match. It would be exciting to see whether Ospreay signs with WWE or not after his contract expires with NJPW next year in February.

World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins opened Crown Jewel with a spectacular bout against Drew McIntyre. But in the end, the champ took the upper hand and retained his title just to face another threat. Damian Priest hit the ramps to cash in his Money in the Bank contract at the perfect time.

But the interference of Sami Zayn at the moment allowed Rollins to celebrate his victory without any hesitation. Seth addressed the situation in a backstage interview at Crown Jewel. He was surprised to receive Zayn’s help and stated that he chuckled at the hilarious moment.

The Visionary even mentioned that if it were not for Sami Zayn, he would have still fought Damian Priest.
