Seth Rollins is known to have one of the most flamboyant attires on WWE programming. His suits or ring gear are always the talk among the fans. Over the years, Rollins has worn multiple attires that reference other wrestlers or a part of the history of his opponent. While other gear was just too over the top for anyone else to wear.

Recently, while talking to GQ, the World Heavyweight Champion talked about what goes into planning his attire. He revealed that when he went through a character change in 2020, he wanted to do something new with his dressing as well. That is why he decided to collaborate with his wife, Becky Lynch’s designer, Troi. The two initially just started working with suits but later decided to go bigger.

Seth Rollins revealed, “I looked at Hollywood. I looked at rock stars and movie stars and red carpet looks, and I said, “That’s eventually what I want to get to.” Machine Gun Kelly was actually the first one that jumped off the page—not because I loved his style so much, but because it was so ridiculous. It was so hateable, it was so obnoxious. He just looked absurd, but he owned it. “

Rollins also said that this was something that no one was doing on the men’s roster in WWE at the time. Therefore, he decided to take it and run with it. He was heavily inspired by Machine Gun Kelly’s absurd and obnoxious fashion, which he carried with his sheer confidence. Machine Gun Kelly has been a long-time WWE fan, as he also made an appearance on WWE Raw in 2015. He was famously power-bombed off the entrance ramp by Kevin Owens.

In 2022, Seth donned his iconic Shield ring gear for his match against Roman Reigns, who was his former Shield member.

Rollins also once dressed up in the iconic Dusty Rhodes “polka dots” attire for his match against Cody Rhodes. Due to these extra measures, the Visionary is considered to be one of the smartest professional wrestlers in the world.
