“Still at the top”: Stephanie McMahon praises Randy Orton on 20-year anniversary

McMahon and Orton
Randy Orton is, inarguably, one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time. He is one of the greatest Heels in the history of the business but he is also one of the most successful Superstars in the history of the company, in terms of World Championship reigns. Orton is a 14-time WWE World Champion.
The Apex Predator, The Viper and The Legend Killer – as he fondly called, is only behind Ric Flair and John Cena’s 16 World Championship reigns. Considering how he continues to go from strengths to strengths – he may well go on to break the record for the most title reigns in the history of the company.
On the latest episode of RAW, Randy Orton celebrated his 20 years with the company. In fact, the show kicked off with him thanking his mentors, his colleagues and most importantly the WWE Universe. He even announced that he hoped fans weren’t tired of him, because he isn’t going anywhere.
There is no doubt that 20 years is a really, really long time in a business that requires you to put your body on the line every single night. But what makes Randy Orton’s 20-year anniversary all the more amazing is the fact that he has been performing at the top for this long! Just like several other members of the industry, WWE’s Chief Brand Officer, Stephanie McMahon had nothing but praise for the 14-time World Champion.
“From the youngest World Heavyweight Champion in @WWE history to now. Not many more can say they have had such a storied career and are still at the top of their game. Congratulations on an incredible 20 years, @RandyOrton!” – tweeted McMahon.
Randy Orton delivered 5 RKOs on RAW

A night where you are celebrating Randy Orton, is bound to be a night where you expect to see a series of RKOs. That is exactly what WWE served on the latest episode of RAW. The night kicked off with The Viper delivering an RKO to Kevin Owens.
But one RKO is never enough. In the main event, The Apex Predator delivered not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 high-flying RKOs. The Usos, Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens were taken down by the three most dreadful letters in the sports entertainment industry – R-K-O. The match ended with the back to back RKOs and Orton earning the pinfall for his team.
