The latter, who’s the stepfather of Nikki and Brie, The Bella Twins, has been named as a defendant in the suit mentioned. The charges were so vile that they forced Vince McMahon to resign as the Executive Chairman of TKO’s Board of Directors. On the other hand, Laurinaitis was expunged from WWE back in 2022.

Now, his stepdaughters, collectively The Bella Twins, have issued a public statement. The twin sisters said they’re shocked and disheartened by recent allegations. They iterated not condoning such lecherous behavior no matter who’s the culprit. The former WWE duo manifested for the safeguarding of women at their workplaces. The Garcia Twins didn’t mention any specific name, nor did they address John Laurinaitis’ alleged involvement in the scandal.

The lawsuit, filed in federal court in Connecticut, underscores Janel Grant’s purgatory stay in WWE. She was recklessly raped by executive figures, with McMahon and Laurinaitis being the known evil-doers. Another name that caused a stir among the fans is Brock Lesnar, who asked Ms. Grant for expletives.
