The role of JD McDonagh in The Judgment Day

He helped The Judgment Day win the Tag Team Titles at Payback. Members of WWE’s Judgment Day Faction discussed JD McDonagh.
In WWE’s Bump show, Balor and Priest provided their thoughts on McDonagh. Balor said, “J.D. McDonagh has been an ally of Finn for 20 years.” Furthermore, Finn also mentioned, “So, I trust him.” It is still unclear whether JD is a part of Judgment Day or not.
