WWE legend The Undertaker is one of the most venerated names in the world of pro wrestling. He has an unfathomable fanbase all over the world. The Deadman has been entertaining wrestling fans for the last 30 years. To show how much the fans love him, he recently received a customized belt from a fan during a show.

The Deadman held his show “UNDERTAKER 1 deadMAN SHOW” on November 9th in Indianapolis. After the show, he got a customized belt from his fans. He took to X to thank the Indianapolis fans by saying their passion and dedication never cease to amaze him. He posted the video of it unboxing.

Undertaker wrestled his last ever match in WWE against AJ Styles in a boneyard match at WrestleMania 36. Since then, he has had multiple appearances in WWE, the most recent being in NXT. The WWE legend got inducted into the Hall of Fame last year and gave an emotional speech that had a great impact on the whole WWE Universe.

The Deadman is now officially retired from WWE. However, in his retirement speech, he said, “Never say never.” That sparked excitement among the fans about whether they would see The Phenom one more time in the ring or if it would be just another appearance on the show. Nevertheless, fans just love to get a glimpse of The Deadman, even if it is just for a limited amount of time.

The Undertaker regrets saying the wrestling business has gone soft now

WWE legend The Undertaker has been a cornerstone of the WWE in all eras. He knows the wrestling business inside out and is better than anybody. Recently, he commented on today’s wrestling and how it has gone soft. But now he retracted his message by saying it had not gone softer; it got smarter.

In his latest podcast, Six Feet Under, the Deadman corrected his comments about the new generation of wrestling by saying he had a hard time accepting that wrestling has now changed. He believes that the new generation of superstars now have every possible treatment for their injuries. 

I have to be honest, for me, it was hard to accept that at first because it was ‘ah man, everything is getting soft now.’ I appreciated that badge of honor, as silly as that sounds. It was hard for me to accept that. ‘Man, our business is getting soft.’ It wasn’t getting soft. It was getting smarter.

The WWE legend also said that the business has now evolved from what it used to be. In today’s wrestling, if a referee throws an X, everybody understands that the match has to stop so that the injured wrestlers can get treated. The Undertaker now understands both sides because, when he wrestled, many of the things were not available then. He accepted his misunderstanding and realized the wrestling business has evolved now.
