WWE Superstar Theory draws people to him because of his inherent charisma. He has been able to draw the WWE Universe’s main demographic, which is young people, to him. The Mr. Money in the Bank has been solid in the ring and portrays his cocky heel character very well. Theory has been compared to John Cena, with his current heel persona and physique compared to that of John Cena during his early days. The Mr. Money in the Bank is a lifelong fan of Cena and now is surely following his footsteps. Theory had won the US Championship by defeating Finn Balor on an edition of RAW, after which he defended it against Cody Rhodes.
Theory began his feud with Bobby Lashley right after he defended his US title against Mustafa Ali at the Hell in a Cell Live event this year, Theory had confronted The Almighty on an Edition of RAW and had told him to get out of his ring, The almighty then challenged him for a match for the US Championship and kicked him out of the ring. On July 2nd, He lost the US Championship to Bobby Lashley at the MITB Live event, Lashley made him tap to the Hurt Lock to win the match.

On July 2nd Theory lost the US title to Lashley but the sadness of losing the title didn’t last long as he was revealed to be the eighth participant in the MITB match later that night and also defeated others to win the MITB contract. The following night on RAW he invoked his rematch claws for the US title against almighty and their match was scheduled for SummerSlam. At the event Bobby Lashley retained his title. As the Mr. Money in the Bank went for a drop kick, Bobby grabbed him and tied him in a Hurt Lock, thereby making Theory to submit to the lock.
Theory addressed on The Ringer wrestling show about the fact that many people believe he is over pushed in the WWE. He said many people criticise the fact that a young boy is pushed in the company, but what they don’t realise is that he started going to the gym when he was 12 and when his mom started snooping on him, he had to be 13 to go to the gym. He remembered being delighted to go to the gym at the age of 12 because he had watched a video of John Morrison and Triple H working on their abs.
Theory closed by expressing that all he wanted to do in life was wrestle and that he just wanted to start practising for that level. He stated that, while many people claim he was given a push early in his career, his profession and pursuit of his dreams began when he was 12, thus it has been a long struggle to get here and accomplish this push.
“I think a lot of those people, the people that do know the story and the people that don’t – when you think about it, any time somebody is really young, it seems like ‘oh they’ve been given this.’ But think about, I started working out at 12 because at eight years old I saw WWE. My mom was sneaking me in the gym – I had to be 13 to go to the gym, but I was sneaking in at 12 because I saw a video of John Morrison training abs and Triple H. It was a WWE workout video. I just wanted to start preparing myself for that because that’s all I wanted to do.”
Theory attempted to cash in his contract on Roman Reigns during the latter’s his match against Brock Lesnar but was slammed by an F-5 before he could cash in.
