TKO is tightening the screws on Vince McMahon. This Tuesday, the WWE-UFC conglomerate reported the third financial quarter that ended on September 30. In TKO’s latest SEC filing, they’ve outright stated Mr. McMahon was a threat to their esteemed organization. TKO CEO Ari Emanuel is knowledgeable about McMahon’s involvement in hush money allegations.

Having said that, TKO has stated that Vince McMahon’s membership could expose them to negative publicity. Not only that, it could also have detrimental impacts on TKO’s financial and operational well-being. Moreover, due to the 78-year-old’s notorious past, the filing didn’t hesitate to include the fact that scrutiny might become common. The said excerpt ended with Vince’s direct involvement being a cause of concern for TKO’s business.

The day Vince McMahon was included on the newly elected board of TKO members, its stock price fell steeply. The CEO, Ari Emanuel, took immediate notice of the same. He put the blame on McMahon for the nosediving trends on the NYSE. Not only that, Emanuel also knighted Triple H as WWE’s sole creative spearhead, snubbing Vince McMahon of his unceremonious inputs. It doesn’t seem like the 78-year-old is having the best time of his life.

Physically, McMahon keeps growing fragile. He recently attended the Tyson Fury vs. Francis Ngannou fight in Saudi Arabia alongside The Undertaker. The WWE Executive Chairman walked with a cane stick. Back in April, when the WWE-UFC merger was announced, the fans thought that McMahon would regain supreme powers in WWE.

It was due to Ari Emanuel’s statement, which said that he wouldn’t interfere in WWE’s day-to-day operations. Though Vince enjoyed a nice little sojourn over major things, he’s no longer in charge of WWE creative.

What changes have Triple H made since Vince McMahon’s creative exile?

It’s been a month since the report of Ari Emanuel detaching Vince McMahon from having a say in WWE’s creative emerged. Since then, things have changed a lot. There are no concerns about last-minute changes to both Raw and SmackDown after they became common at one point.

WWE Hall of Famer Triple H is once again the man who holds the key. And the change is conspicuous. The shows do feel well-oiled, with less talking and more wrestling. A lot of underutilized female talent has been cut late.

The reunion of DIY, the return of WarGames, and names like Tegan Nox, Xia Li, and Candice LeRae, who were allegedly held back under Vince McMahon’s influence, are faring under The Game. Triple H is slowly bringing things back on track, and fans are all for it.
