Things are not going well for Vince McMahon, as he has the attention of the wrestling community for all the wrong reasons. Former WWE employee Janel Grant has filed a lawsuit against Vince for sexually assaulting her. Now, TKO Group Holdings has released a statement regarding this horrific incident that has just come to light.

According to Variety, a spokesperson from TKO said in his statement: Vince McMahon does not control TKO now. He further said Vince does not monitor day-by-day operations in WWE as well. They are taking Janel Grant’s allegations very seriously and addressing this matter internally.

Grant became an employee in 2019, and Vince gave her the position of administration coordinator in the company’s legal department. However, things started to go downhill from there as the former chairman and some fellow executives sexually assaulted her at the WWE Headquarters. There were many screenshots of horrific text messages made available in the lawsuit that was received by her.

Fans are disgusted by the news of sexual allegations against Vince and assume that this is the reason why he was thrown out of the power position by TKO. The 78-year-old could land in big trouble if the allegations are proven true. Only time will tell what the future holds for both parties, as many fans came out in support of Janel.

Although there are serious allegations against Vince McMahon, his spokesperson has denied them and will look forward to defending them. A shocking fact is that, along with Vince, WWE legend Brock Lesnar is also caught up in this incident. This resulted in his Royal Rumble plans getting delayed.

A spokesman on behalf of the 78-year-old published a statement addressing the issue, saying that the lawsuit filed against Vince is a string of lies and an attempt to defame him. They have denied all these allegations and decided to defend themselves in this situation.

This lawsuit is replete with lies, obscene made-up instances that never occurred, and a vindictive distortion of the truth. He will vigorously defend himself.
