Torrie Anne Wilson well around the world as Torrie Wilson is a former WWE superstar who currently works as fitness model and a social media influencer. In 1999 Torrie Wilson won the Miss Galaxy competition and was signed by World Championship Wrestling following her win. Wilson would spend a year in the company mostly working as a manager for different wrestlers like David Flair, Kidman before she was released by WCW in late 2000. Torrie Wilson was then signed by WWE and made her debut during the Invasion storyline and appeared on an episode of Smackdown
Torrie Wilson along with Stacy Kiebler made there wrestling debut at wrestlemania against Trish Stratus and Lita in a Bra and Panties match which they went on to lose. Wilson who had zero experience in wrestling appeared in various matches with divas and was alos able to defeat Trish Stratus in a Paddle on a Pole match. Torrie was involved in one of the most controversial feud with Dawn Marie which saw Marie marry Wilson’s father on screen and would eventually lead to match between the two at Wrestlemania which Wilson ended up winning.

Torrie Wilson was inducted in WWE Hall of Fame in 2019
In 2003 Wilson appeared on the cover of the Playboy magazine which was the first time in her career and led to a feud between Wilson and Nidia. Torrie Wilson would spend 8 years with WWE before retiring in 2008. She was one of the most beautiful and bold diva to ever grace the WWE and was an important part of the attitude era and the ruthless aggression era in WWE.
Torrie Wilson post her retirement from WWE would make returns to the WWE to be part of the 25th anniversary celebrations of RAW and was honored being “one of the greatest female superstars in the history of WWE”. Wilson would make her surprise return to participate in the first ever women’s Royal Rumble match and was also a part of the first ever all women pay per view.
In 2019 Wilson was inducted in WWE Hall Of Fame in an event before Wrestlemania 35. Wilson in at a virtual signing hosted by The Asylum Wrestling Store revealed details about the speech she made that night. She went on to say that she got warned twice and was told not to speak of former WWE diva Sable :
“You’re not even allowed to mention her name … I mentioned her name in my Hall of Fame speech, and right before, they told me, ‘Oh, by the way, you’re not allowed to mention her name,’” Wilson recalled. “Good luck seeing her. You’re gonna have to go up to Timbuktu in Minnesota [to get Sable’s autograph].”
It is unclear on why such instructions were given to Wilson as Sable after her second return left the company on good terms. Sable is also married to current WWE superstar Brock Lesnar.
