The WWE-UFC merger under TKO Group Holdings was completed on Wednesday, September 12. Executives from both sides of the companies were present at the NYSE building to make the historic announcement. Later, multiple reports revealed that the Endeavor deal led to higher-ups in the company receiving major bonuses, including Paul Levesque, better known as Triple H.

Paul, Chief Content Officer of WWE, received a $5 million bonus. Triple H will continue to oversee creative control of the business despite the snub from a position on the new Board of Directors. Moreover, Nick Khan, who presided as President, gained triple that amount with a hefty sum of $15 million.

Along with them, Kevin Dunn, Executive Producer, and Frank Riddick, Chief Financial Officer, obtained $7 million and $5 million, respectively. All in all, it was one of the biggest days in the company’s history as it finalized the long-awaited deal. Fans can certainly look forward to more associations and partnerships between the WWE and UFC soon.

Furthermore, it marks the first time in almost four decades that Vince McMahon no longer holds major power in the WWE. However, he will assume his role as Executive Chairman of the promotion. Vince returned earlier this year to his position despite seemingly retiring last year due to his alleged hush-money payments coming to light.
