This week’s Royal Rumble was an explosive event. The show had several returns and a few debuts. One of the returns included the comeback of Pat McAfee in the commentary. It marked the first appearance of the star on the commentary table after months. Following the Rumble, it was announced that McAfee would be joining the commentary on Raw. Triple H reacted to the addition to his X.

The Game posted a picture of himself with Pat McAfee. The 36-year-old personality can be seen doing Hunter’s signature pose in the picture. Triple H welcomed Pat on Monday Night Raw, saying he is excited to see him every week. Moreover, he called WWE McAfee’s home, which was quite a generous statement.

However, McAfee is going to be the permanent commentator on Raw starting this week when he calls the show alongside Michael Cole. Besides, Pat also competed in the Royal Rumble match, where he eliminated himself, creating a comical spot for the fans. Many fans like McAfee’s commentary on WWE.

The 36-year-old has also competed in the ring against stars like Adam Cole and Vince McMahon. It is going to be interesting to see the future of the former NFL star in WWE.

Pat McAfee admits he had no idea about Jordynne Grace in the Royal Rumble match

The appearance of Jordynne Grace was a surprise for everyone in the arena. So it was for Pat McAfee, who was on the commentary table during the Women’s Royal Rumble. Pat revealed that he had no idea about Grace. Moreover, he had no thought of her when she made her entrance and even no clue about her name.

On the Pat McAfee show, McAfee stated that for some entries, he had no clue what was going on. He added that when Jordynne Grace entered, he started resembling the gestures of Corey Graves and Michael Cole, as he didn’t know who Grace was. He revealed that for him, the graphics were new, and even the theme song was unrecognizable.

There were some people that came out; I had no idea who they were, I had no clue. I was looking over at the trons, and I'm like, 'What's the name here? What's the name here?' And [Michael] Cole and Corey [Graves] are like, 'Oh my!' And I'm like, 'Oh yeah. Oh my. Oh yeah.' ... Jordynne Grace. I had no clue who that was.

Jordynne Grace is the TNA Knockouts Champion. She won her title after beating Naomi at TNA Hard to Kill. Jordynne made a small appearance at the Royal Rumble to flourish the partnership between TNA and WWE. It is going to be interesting to see if she makes any other appearances in WWE or not. As for McAfee, it was quite an understandable situation, as was the case for many fans as well.
