The WWE Universe has witnessed the evolution of several WWE Superstars and one of them is Seth Rollins. His character has evolved from being the “Architect” of the Shield to the present-day Visionary. While every character from him received a fair share of applause, it seems the current persona is somewhat special. Recently, WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash had some words of praise for Seth Rollins.
Kevin Nash is a close friend of Triple H, who is himself a big fan of Rollins’ work. Nash spoke at length about the work ethic of The Visionary and his impressive gimmick on the Kliq This podcast. He stated that he wasn’t a big fan in the beginning, but he has become a fan lately. The WWE legend went on to compare Rollins with the legendary Macho Man Randy Sav*ge.
I didn’t like the Seth ‘Freakin’ character for quite a while. But then I just realized, in the last maybe two months, that he’s kind of like the modern-day Macho. If you were to modernize Macho Man, it’d kind of be Seth. Plus, he can work his f**king a** off. He’s really f**king good.Kevin Nash
Such were the words of praise for Seth Rollins, who is going strong with his World Heavyweight Championship reign. Fans are currently seeing The Visionary in a WarGames storyline that unfolded after he defeated Drew McIntyre at WWE Crown Jewel 2023. While there is no information about his next title defense, he will compete in the WarGames Match at WWE Survivor Series 2023.
Did Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes show a bit of real heat on Raw?
The WWE Universe saw this week’s Raw get kicked off by Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins with their WarGames partners, Jey Uso and Sami Zayn. Before they confronted The Judgment Day, it seemed that the company teased the crowd with real-life heat between the two superstars.
For those who are unaware, Cody Rhodes is 3-0 over the current World Heavyweight Champion from their rivalry last year. Once everyone thought the feud had come to an end, The Visionary took out the American Nightmare the next night after the Hell in a Cell PPV. Surprisingly, they did not pick up their rivalry and Rollins also went through a character change as he turned face.
This was further teased when they had a much more well-mannered conversation backstage. While Seth Rollins asked the former Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champion to get to the point, the tension amidst them was visible. After acknowledging the lack of fondness, both agreed that there would be no betrayals.
