Trish Stratus had a legendary career as a wrestler as she did won WWE Women’s Championship on seven different occasions and being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. She also has been the most known WWE female wrestler from the early to mid-2000s. Recently, the WWE Hall of Famer wants to return to the in-ring competition.

After Lita challenged Becky Lynch in a losing effort for the Raw Women’s Championship in the Elimination Chamber early this year. Trish Stratus also wants to return to WWE and have a match with the Big Time Becks Becky Lynch for only one time and make a pass-the-torch moment for her.

Vince Russo who is a former WWE writer did a podcast with sportskeeda and reacted to the return of Trish Stratus and Lita by saying that they are just wasting their Legendary career by returning and making their records bad by putting even one wrestler over them because it makes them look weak and decrease their career value.

He also said that yes some wrestlers do return he is not disagreeing on that but when they do this , they only do this because they does not have any money and they do this only for money as they have made some mistake with the financial decision and just want to earn more but do mega stars like Trish and Lita need money.

The answer is no they have more money than Vince Russo’s bank account and do not even need money and just want to come back to put over the star which is too wrong as they are just ruining their legendary career and this will not help in taking new stars seriously and will lead to everyone taking every old wrestler weak.

Vince Russo in the podcast says, “You’re going into this situation, you know you’re not as good as you used to be, you know you’re going in to put somebody else over, you know you’re going to tarnish your legacy, and you also know you’re gonna get a payday, but that’s not what this is about. We’re not talking about people that don’t have money.”

Trish Stratus has returned already once for a match against Charlotte Flair in the year 2019 on the WWE premium event Summerslam and lost that match which also damaged her aura. Does Trish need to come back? Because according to Vince Trish already has a massive fan following and it is enough to make money.
