It was Ronda Rousey’s first royal rumble win, which happened in this year when he overpowered Charlotte Flair in the end after entering as #28 participant. Regarding this, Tyson Kidd has spoke about the delightful journey of Ronda in WWE. He explained that it was Ronda who ignited the women’s division to strive for glorious matches.

“It’s cool to see like almost part two of Ronda’s WWE career, like we saw that first run for Wrestlemania 34 to 35. And it was awesome! You know, she had a hell of a run and now in the three years she’s been gone, the game’s changed quite a bit. You know, she definitely lit a spark and definitely helped elevate the women’s division as a whole, that first run in big time. I don’t know, like I don’t know all the inner workings as much as people maybe think I do. I don’t know if the women would have main evented that first time without Ronda being involved.” Tyson discussed in the interview.

It has been a fairly long time since we have witnessed in ring presence of Tyson Kidd. He had undergone a nearly career shattering injury back in 2015, when he competed against Samoa Joe in a RAW dark match. The fact that he is still alive even after sustaining that injury, is quite praiseworthy or he could have been going on in wheelchair similar to what Christopher Reeve experienced. Even though Kidd can turn up for a guest appearance inside the ring, he has explained that he has found tranquility for not performing in a match again.
