John Cena pumped in the adrenaline with his stupendous return at Money in the Bank. The major highlight of his unprecedented appearance was bringing WrestleMania to the United Kingdom. As soon as he teased the idea, the O2 arena exploded. Everyone was cavorting just at the mere thought of having WWE’s biggest event on their home turf.

It appears that not only Cena and the passionate fans in the UK want it, but the MPs are also showing immense interest. While speaking to BBC Newsbeat, Alex Davies-Jones, who currently serves as the Member of Parliament for Pontypridd, commented on the matter. Backing the Cenation Leader’s quest, the Welsh politician yearned to help make WrestleMania in the United Kingdom a reality.

She said, “Whatever we can do to make the UK attractive to host wrestling… We would use our contact and negotiating skills to try and reach out to WWE, making conversations happen to try and promote the UK as a premier destination for world-class wrestling.”

After John Cena’s groundbreaking tease on the show, Triple H faced a plethora of queries during the post-event presser. He jokingly thanked the 16-time World Champion for putting him in an enviable position. Later, the WWE CCO revealed that it’s not easy to bring events overseas. However, he dropped the “Never Say Never” catchphrase to cap things off, leaving the door for WrestleMania UK wide open.

Regardless of how fans receive it, John Cena is not coming back to WWE anytime soon. It clarifies that his appearance at the O2 last Saturday was indeed a one-off. Apart from coining the WrestleMania UK idea, Cena traded barbs with former NXT superstar Grayson Waller during the premium live event.

The Australian superstar interrupted the Cenation Leader while the latter was basking in the euphoria of the lively atmosphere in London. In what was Grayson’s first main roster PLE appearance, he got a dose of his own medicine from John Cena. Cracking at the WWE legend’s idea to have WrestleMania in the United Kingdom, Waller started boasting about his country, Australia.

Grayson Waller invited the Peacemaker star to be a guest on “The Grayson Waller Effect” at a hypothetical WrestleMania event in Australia. Obviously, John gave a pass on that. Feeling disrespected over Cena’s fierce words, Waller attacked The Franchise Player, only to get an Attitude Adjustment to everyone’s delight.
