Jey Uso shocked the WWE Universe at Saturday night’s Payback. He returned a few weeks after announcing he was leaving the promotion. Moreover, this was due to the growing turmoil within the Bloodline. The Usos’ father, Rikishi, reacted for the first time since this blockbuster revelation.
The Hall of Famer was seemingly fed up with his sons fighting among themselves. Also, there have been several rumors regarding the appearance of an Anoa’i family member. However, it seems unlikely given the separation of the twins after Jey Uso was drafted to RAW.
Rikishi took to his Instagram account for the first time since the UCE’s return. “Get Up , Stand Up☝?,” captioned the 57-year-old. Furthermore, he uploaded a photo of himself wearing the Ula Fala around his neck. Therefore, symbolizing hisrespect fors the entire Bloodline. Previously, the legend posted a cryptic message online after the dissension among his sons escalated a few weeks ago.
This week’s episode of SmackDown saw Jimmy Uso helping his younger brother, Solo Sikoa, defeat AJ Styles. Afterwards, he raised his finger, seemingly showing interest in returning to the faction. Meanwhile, Jey’s shift to the RAW brand postpones the possibility of a brother vs. brother match for the foreseeable future. According to recent reports, the plan is for that marquee bout to take place at next year’s WrestleMania.
Jey Uso sends message ahead of RAW debut
Cody Rhodes was a special guest on the Grayson Waller effect at Payback. Prior to this, he revealed that he had a major announcement scheduled for his appearance on the talk show. The American Nightmare didn’t waste much time breaking the news and brought out the newest member of the RAW roster, Jey Uso.
The UCE returned to the WWE after quitting a few weeks earlier. As he was celebrating with the crowd, Waller called out Jey by claiming that he needed the “Grayson Waller” rub. As a result, the former tag team champion superkicked the Aussie wrestler for his comments. After the show, Uso sent a message ahead of his new start on the Red brand.
“Main Event Jey Uso is in yo city. Matter of fact, I’ma see all y’all on Monday,” he said on a TikTok post on his account. Fans can expect to hear more from the former Bloodline member on this week’s RAW. Moreover, it will be interesting to see what lies ahead for “Main Event” Jey Uso.
