Valerie Loureda hasn’t been long enough in the WWE industry. It has hardly been a month since she signed with the WWE company. She has been associated with the MMA world until now. Out of the total 5 of her matches, she has dominated in 4 of them. Her performance in MMA has opened up the doors of WWE for her.
WWE has supported all the talent from across the world. Ronda Rousey is the biggest name from the MMA industry and now young Valerie Loureda is their new star icon. She is the first Cuban American woman to make it to the WWE. She is yet to make her debut to the company. The 22 year old star has an excellent career back at MMA and it is expected that she will continue to shine in WWE as well.
Valerie Loureda delighted at Leon Edwards’ win
Being closely related with the action industry, Valerie couldn’t control herself at expressing herself at Leon Edwards‘ win. “I’m crying,” posted Loureda on a clip of Leon post his victory. Leon could be seen crying out of happiness as everyone congratulated him. It was his first ever UFC Welterweight Championship win.
Leon Edwards defeated the reigning champion Kamaru Usman in one of the greatest battles in the UFC. Usman has been defending his title for 3 years and Leon put a halt to his victory. The match was a treat to the eyes. The former champion clearly dominated the three rounds of the brawl. He had absolute control over the match until the final minute where Leon took the win. With a head kick, Leon knocked out Usman and snatched the win from his hand.
The fans also showered the comment section with nothing but praises for the new champion. Many fans also appreciated Valerie Loureda and said that one day she will also react the same way after winning her first WWE Championship. We will have to see how the superstar works in the company.
