Victoria has had a successful run of almost 10 years at the company. Being involved in various feuds and rivalries, she proved herself to be a very strong contender to the remaining women in the division. He was released from the company when the company said that they do not have any plans for her.
She initially had no plans to join WWE. Beginning her career as a fitness model, the selectors appreciated her physical appearance and trained her for the ring. She went on being one of the most liked divas of all times inspiring and motivating people across the globe. She returned to the 2021 Royal Rumble after a massive break from the ring.
Bayley was a Victoria fan since childhood
Victoria met Bayley as a fan when Bayley was a little of 11 and later at 14. Bayley had always aspired to become a Diva and she had expressed it to her role model Victoria. The former Champion must have heard this statement at least a thousand times in her life. She knew that people don’t know the hardships that follow during the course of the journey to the ring. Bayley was just another fan of hers until she actually made it to the industry.
Recently, Victoria was in an interview where she revealed about the interactions with her then fan who is now having a big name of her own in the business. She said that Bayley took her permission before using her move. “Hey, do you mind if I take your spinning Sidewalk Slam?’ And I go ‘The Spider-Web? I’d be honoured,” Bayley had asked her.
The _ was so happy to have someone use her move since no one had ever used it until then. “Please take it. My gosh. I wouldn’t be offended if anybody took the Widow’s Peak,” said Victoria. She also said that since she was not in the business now, it would be an homage to her to see her move being passed out to the next generation of superstars. She even called Bayley “kind and giving”.
Bayley initially started her career in the ring with the character of “hugger” that spread smiles and love. She has now turned heel and thus believes herself as a role model for the next generation who would be entering the ring. Currently working on the RAW brand, the ‘Role Model’ will be facing the WWE RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss and Asuka along with her teammates – Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky.
