REVEALED : Vince McMahon’s WWE departure could lead to former released superstars to turn their ways back to the company under the new leadership

Vince Mcmahon had recently announced his retirement at the age of 77.

Vince McMahon’s retirement has changed the whole landscape of WWE in a few days. While it came as a surprise to many, the reports indicated that the overall reaction to the departure has been largely positive. While many were doubting that McMahon would be involved in some or the other capacity with the company, now with the new appointments, it seems clear that McMahon is gone for good. After Vince’s departure, his daughter Stephanie was named as the new Chairwoman of the company, and his son-in-law Triple H was named as the EVP of Talent relations and was recently appointed as The Creative Head as well. The move was appreciated by a lot of superstars as well.

Sean Sapp from Fightful.Com reported that not only the current roster but superstars who had left under Vince’s rule are also optimistic about Triple H gaining Creative Control and are also thrilled about Stephanie’s presence around the company. “One former NXT talent that had options within WWE before signing elsewhere said that they felt an incredible sense of loyalty to Triple H, and had he been the person managing their creative future “things could have been much different.” Sapp reported.

The torch of leadership was passed on to Stephanie Mcmahon, while the creative duties were handed to Triple H by Vince McMahon

He also pointed the fact that this particular superstar and another superstar landed up in AEW because of the creative differences and would not have considered it had Triple H been the head of creative at that time. Sapp also added testimony of another free agent who was willing to coming back under the creative leadership of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

Sapp said- “Another top free agent that has several options that we spoke to said that both Triple H and Stephanie McMahon being in their positions greatly increases the possibility of them eventually heading back to the company.” Sapp also reported that there are many free agents now who are willing to come back after Vince retired from the company.

While the names of superstars still remain a mystery, it would not be wrong to say one can expect to see superstars returning who took a hiatus after getting frustrated from Vince’s booking decisions. While it would still be exciting to see how the company grows under the new leadership, fans have already started expecting some big changes in the company. Though it remains unclear how well the company will look forward to older talent returning, it seems inevitable that WWE has entered a transitioning phase.
