When news broke that McMahon was selling a portion of his TKO stock, it cast doubt on the former’s future in WWE. Shortly after, the internet wrestling community began speculating that the 78-year-old was planning on departing the company. The latest report nevertheless debunked this made-up narrative.

Even though Vince McMahon no longer has final say in the creative decisions in WWE, the TKO member of the board still exerts substantial power within the company.

As of today, McMahon oversees the tasks delegated to him by Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel. The prevalent belief among the WWE sources is that the working relationship between the two sides is a positive one.

Dana White comments on working with Vince McMahon

WWE and UFC might be working under the same banner as of 2023. However, both companies have remained on opposite sides of the spectrum over the years.

Vince McMahon had tried to collaborate with the UFC a number of times, but to no avail. That has now changed with the UFC and WWE merging together to form TKO Group Holdings.

That being said, UFC CEO Dana White recently opened up about his working relationship with Vince McMahon. Back in the day, the popular belief was that the latter used to antagonize White.

The 54-year-old even accused McMahon of giving him cheap seats at WrestleMania. Speaking of his present equation with Vince, the UFC CEO noted that the two men didn’t have a great history together.

We didn’t have a great history before this. Now that we’re partners, Vince could not be a better partner. And you know me–if it wasn’t the case, I wouldn’t give a f--- and I’d say so. But that hasn’t been the case. He’s been a great partner.

Acknowledging their sour relationship in the past, White added that the 78-year-old is a great partner now. As a matter of fact, he even went so far as to say he couldn’t have found a better working partner than Vince McMahon. Needless to say, McMahon is well-known for putting business above personal feelings.
