The WWE-UFC merger was completed on September 12 to form TKO Group Holdings. Despite losing the majority share of his company, Vince McMahon has claimed a new role as Executive Chairman of TKO. As a result, Mr. McMahon could hold veto power in terms of major decisions in the UFC.
As per TJRWrestling, Vince’s new position gives him absolute authority in the decision-making process related to both WWE and the UFC. It would be surprising to see him use his power in any capacity with the MMA fighting company. The 78-year-old’s place within the Endeavor-owned business stems from his solid relationship with the CEO, Ari Emanuel.
Vince McMahon will lead an 11-member Board of Directors, which consists of Ari Emanuel, Dana White, and Nick Khan. Also, McMahon may end up involving himself in creative aspects. As reported, the billionaire returned to this week’s episode of RAW, making last-minute changes on the show.
Therefore, given his well-known tendencies, fans speculated whether Vince might end up repeating the same in the UFC. Previously, he seemingly retired last year due to allegations of sexual misconduct. However, the Chairman returned six months later to spearhead talks for a sale. It’s safe to assume that Vince McMahon will continue with the WWE for a long time.
Jon Moxley reveals his last conversation with Vince McMahon

Dean Ambrose, now known as Jon Moxley, departed from the WWE in April 2019. Mox cited his growing frustration with creativity as a major factor in his leaving. Throughout his career, he has been a workhorse, continuously wrestling the most matches in the year.
During an interview on Bleav In Pro Wrestling, the AEW superstar mentioned how Vince McMahon took him for granted. “In the last conversation I had with Vince McMahon, like real conversation, he straight up told me, ‘We took you for granted.’ Soon, I was gone. Never talked to him again,” said Moxley.
The former Shield member is currently the International Champion for his promotion. Despite only winning the belt less than two weeks ago, he has defended it on three occasions already. Previously, Jon Moxley had been relied upon during last year’s All Out controversy as well.
