Former WWE superstar and turn-adult model Lacey Evans left WWE in August this year. Evans revealed that WWE was not her passion and that she always wanted to do something else. Now wrestling veteran Vince Russo is trying to figure out the reason why she does not want to return to WWE anymore.

Vince Russo was part of a podcast on SportsKeeda WrestleBinge, where he and Michael Hutter, FKAEC 3, discussed Evans’ statement on WWE. He said working in WWE brings a lot of money, and after working for seven years in the company, she didn’t feel the need to work anymore.

"I think you know if it wasn't her passion, what it was, was her job and she took great pride in her job and bro I think it is what EC3 said, bro you make good money. So, in her case like after seven years she probably looked at her bank account and said, 'you know what? I will be okay if I don't continue to do this.' That's what probably happened."

Lacey Evans expressed her feelings and said she got exactly what she wanted and is very happy and thankful wherever she is right now. Many fans believe she ruined her career by leaving WWE, but Evans revealed she is having the best time of her life and doing the thing she loves the most, spending valuable time with her family.

Lacey Evans talks about the possibility of joining AEW

The 33-year-old recently spoke with Chris Van Vliet, and in the interview, she revealed that although she doesn’t know their schedule, the Jacksonville-based company has a much more flexible schedule for their stars. The Sassy Southern Belle said she is still fit to go and is ready to get in the ring whenever the ‘phone rings.’

"Yeah. I don’t personally know their schedule, but from phone calls I’ve been getting, it sounds like a great thing. We’ll see. We’ll see what’s down the pipeline. I still have a six pack and I’m still mean as f**k. When the phone rings or when I make that agreement or when we finish conversations, then I’ll be ready."

But fans are afraid it might not happen anytime soon, as she has said that wrestling is not her passion. In her words, she wanted to fight her battles outside of the ring. It will be interesting to see whether Evans returns to the ring or not; only time will tell what the future holds.
