The former Chairman of WWE, Vince McMahon, was the talk of the town this week. He made quite a few headlines after he was accused of sex trafficking. Moreover, just after a few hours, news broke out that McMahon had resigned from his position at TKO. It was heavily speculated among the fans that TKO might have fired Vince.

A few moments after the 78-year-old was accused of sex trafficking, Slim Jim pulled themselves from the promotions. It is believed that due to the negative response from the sponsors and fans, Vince might have received some internal pressure from TKO to resign.

It was announced right before SmackDown last week that McMahon had bid adieu to the board at TKO. Janel Grant, who has accused Vince of sexual exploitation, has also broken her silence on the matter.

Only time will tell if this resignation is permanent or temporary. It is going to be interesting to see what the future has in store for the 78-year-old. Although, he has in his statement, said that all the allegations against him are foul. Vince McMahon’s departure from WWE was big news last week. Fans were expecting WWE personalities to speak out on the subject matter. However, it felt like WWE was somewhat getting away from the questions regarding the sex trafficking allegations during the Royal Rumble Press Conference.

Triple H was asked about his response to the allegations and while diverting from the topic, he stated that he wants to focus on the positives right now. The Game boasted about having a successful Royal Rumble event. However, he revealed that he had not read anything about McMahon’s case.
