Cody Rhodes is arguably one of the most beloved characters in wrestling at the moment. He receives huge ovations and favorable crowd reactions wherever he goes. Live Events in the company are shows where superstars can express themselves with freedom and interact with the audience for fun.

Cody Rhodes is no stranger to such theatrics, as he has been involved in a few comedic spots himself in recent times. Towards the end of the latest WWE live show, the 38-year-old decided to have some fun in front of the audience. He took a Unicorn Horn from one of the fans in attendance and wore it on his head.

Their rivalry dates back to the night after WrestleMania. Brock attacked Cody before the pair were set to team up in the main event. Subsequently, the American Nightmare beat Lesnar at Backlash, with the latter gaining a victory a few weeks later at Night Of Champions. Their differences will finally be resolved at the Biggest Part of the Summer in the third match of the trilogy.

Cody Rhodes and Brock Lesnar will settle their ongoing rivalry at SummerSlam. Both wrestlers are one-a-piece, gaining wins over each other at Backlash and Night Of Champions, respectively. There were recent rumors of a stipulation being added, which has not been officially announced as of yet.

This match seems to be the final encounter of their trilogy. The animosity between the superstars had reached its boiling point after Lesnar attacked Cody in front of the latter’s mother on a recent episode of RAW. During the road to this year’s WrestleMania, many believed the American Nightmare was the one to dethrone Roman Reigns. But since his loss, he has been occupied with the Beast, leaving him out of the world title scene.

There are many possible directions for the 38-year-old post-SummerSlam. He could go back to “finishing his story” by going after a World Championship, given his history with both of the current champions. Maybe a returning Bray Wyatt may target him, as per reports. Fans are intrigued to find out what’s in store for the third-generation superstar in the future. They may have to wait to find out after this weekend.
