The latest episode of Monday Night Raw did not end well for the World Heavyweight Champion. At the contract signing between Seth Rollins and Finn Balor, fans witnessed complete chaos. Rollins was attacked by all the members of The Judgment Day. As a result, Sami Zayn ran down to the ring to help him but was soon outnumbered.

The ending moments of the show saw Rhea Ripley, Dominik Mysterio, Damian Priest, and Finn Balor standing tall over The Visionary. After the show went off air, Seth Rollins cut a passionate promo for the fans in attendance. He said that the outcome of SummerSlam will be very different from the last time they clashed at the same event.

The World Heavyweight Champion said to the crowd that he would beat Balor’s a**. Rollins also said that he is doing it not just for himself but for each and every fan who has been supporting him throughout. The show took place in Tampa, Florida, which was the home of WWE’s developmental territory before NXT, which was known as Florida Championship Wrestling.

Seth Rollins was one of the stars of the promotion, and therefore, he gave a shout-out to FCW. The feud between Rollins and Balor has been a hit for a while now. The two superstars share a long history, as they previously faced each other at SummerSlam 2016. It is a match that has been seven years in the making.

They wrestled each other in the finals of a tournament to crown the inaugural Universal Champion back then. Finn Balor won the match and became the first-ever champion. However, he had to vacate the title the very next day as he had dislocated his shoulder during his match with Rollins.

Seth Rollins warns Finn Balor about Damian Priest

The main event of Monday Night Raw this week was the contract signing between Finn Balor and Seth Rollins. The two are set to battle for the World Heavyweight Championship. During the signing, Balor challenged Rollins, saying that he would take revenge for the injury from seven years ago and defeat Rollins again for the championship.

The Visionary answered back, saying that even if he somehow manages to defeat him in the match, he will be a Heavyweight Champion for a shorter time than he was a Universal Champion back in 2016. The Champion revealed that Finn’s buddy Damian Priest will be waiting for him to win the title so that he can cash in his MITB Briefcase.

Seth Rollins told Balor that deep inside he is aware of this alarming factor that Priest will do that. Moreover, Rollins said that he would have done it as well if he were in Priest’s place. Balor looked terrified at the thought, but before he could say anything, the members of The Judgment Day circulated the ring. They attacked Seth Rollins, and a brawl broke out to end Monday Night Raw.
