“If they just give him the spotlight, then he’s going to shine”- When Batista lauded the enormously talented Dean Ambrose

WWE legend Batista really thrived upon Dean Ambrose starting from his early days.
Jon Moxley (formerly known as Dean Ambrose) is everything what defines a true pro-wrestler. The current AEW star has been on a notion to become one of the Top 10 wrestlers of the current timeline. The journey to be one of the most popular professional wrestlers on the entire planet started long back ago while he was there in his Shield Days with Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins.
Ambrose debuted alongside The SHIELD (the team of Roman Reigns,Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose) on the main-roster in November 2012 at the Survivor Series pay-per-view, they quickly became the most chaotic trio on WWE television destroying their foes progressively. One of their significant group members, Dean Ambrose climbed the ladders of success very soon as he went on to become the United States Champion in May 2013 and he held the title for a record 351 days which was the longest reign for this belt since the championship came under WWEโs ownership.
WWE legend Batista who wrestled his last WWE match against Triple H at Wrestlemania 35 once applauded the infinite amount of talent Ambrose possessed from the very moment he arrived on the scene.
โHowever, for me, Dean Ambrose is by far the most talented in that group and I think eventually if they just give him the spotlight then heโs going to shine. As soon as he touches a mic everyone else can just sit down as heโs magic on it. So It remains to be seen, I think theyโre all talented but to me Dean was the star of that group. I think Roman looks like the star of that group but I donโt think heโs nearly as talented as Dean.โ
Well, if we look at the above quoted part in todayโs sense, it will feel like Batista had some sort of time travel in his reaches and he went in future to see how big of a superstar Dean is going to be., as his predictions went absolutely correct. Ambrose is indeed one of the most successful wrestlers today.
The journey from being Dean Ambrose to Jon Moxley

Although he received the status of a superstar while being in WWE itself, but somewhere around in 2019 he started to lose interest being there especially due to some questionable booking decisions and less creative input for him in the storylines.
Growing up all on these issues, Ambrose finally went onto leave WWE in April of 2019. He then debuted for the newest arrival company in professional wrestling back then, the All Elite Wrestling (AEW) where he became the AEW World Champion at the Revolution pay-per-view defeating the inaugural champion, Chris Jericho.
