Seth Rollins and Finn Balor in WWE
Seth Rollins is one of the major WWE Superstars of all time, if not then he is one of the greatest WWE wrestlers of this generation. Seth Rollins has practically accomplished everything in the WWE and is still seeking more. Rollins has qualified for the Money in the Bank Ladder Match 2022 and the WWE Universe believes him to be the one to hold the Briefcase at the end.
Seth Rollins has won the Money in the Bank ladder match in 2014 and cashed in at WrestleMania 31, which is now known as “Heist of the Century”. He cashed in during the match between Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns was still in progress, after which the event was turned into a triple Threat match. Rollins defeated Lesnar and reigns successfully to win the World Heavyweight Championship for the first time in his career.
Seth Rollins and Finn Balor are good friends in real life
In 2016, Finn Balor had defeated Seth Rollins at SummerSlam to become the inaugural universal champion, but the next night on RAW Balor was forced to vacate the title due to his soldier injury. Since then, Rollins and Balor have squared off against one another about six times with Rollins winning four, Balor winning two and one ending in a no contest.
Back in 2018, while talking to mirror sport, Seth had said Balor is one of the talented teammates in the locker room and has competed throughout the globe. He had also commended Finn, adding that he is a wonderful person and that he was excellent at what he was doing at that time. Seth Rollins had assured that the WWE Universe will definitely see Finn Balor getting more opportunities and that they will see him as the Universal Champion again.
“Oh, for sure, [he will]. Finn Balor is one of the most talented guys I’ve ever been in the ring with. He’s a world-travelled veteran and, overall, he’s just a great dude and a great human being. Our industry works in cycles and Finn is where he’s at and doing fantastic, but he is 100% going to get more opportunities and more cracks at that Universal title. I guarantee you it’s not the last time you’ll see Finn Balor as Universal Champion – I feel like he’s got more title reigns to come in the future.”
Despite their rivalry on screen, Seth Rollins and Finn Balor are very good friends in real life and are pictured together at many instances. Finn has frequently stated that he doesn’t harbor any resentment toward “The visionary”. Both Finn and Seth were said to have been rehabbing at the same place when the latter had suffered an MCL injury.
