Bianca Belair has been on the top of the women’s roster since her victory over Becky Lynch at the most stupendous two night event in WWE history, WrestleMania 38. The EST of WWE took Lynch down in a stunning match and their long term rivalry made the match much more stupendous. But Belair has not met a long term challenger for the Raw Women’s Championship yet.
Who should challenge Bianca Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship?
Bianca Belair was attacked by WWE official Sonya Deville a couple of weeks ago on Monday Night Raw which eventually led to the EST of WWE trying to attack her the next week but was threatened to be fined as Deville was an official. Belair was charged $1 following the attempt to attack which pi**ed Sonya Deville off.
On the most recent episode of Monday Night Raw, Deville squared off against Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship where she was first defeated by the EST due to countout. This eventually led to the WWE official announcing that the match would be a no countout match and then attacked Belair with a steel chair losing to the champion for the second time.
Deville then changed the rules to a no disqualification match which again brought the champion a pinfall victory finally getting an end to the match. Now that Belair has likely ended up with Deville, the EST should now be confronted by another established woman to find an exciting match for WrestleMania Backlash.
While there are many deserving women in the women’s roster, the best pick as the No. 1 contendor for the Raw Women’s Championship should be the Goddess, Alexa Bliss who has been out of action for quite some time now. Bliss had some issues with Belair while both the women were a part of the 2022 women’s Elimination Chamber match. This could also be used to enhance their storyline for the upcoming premium live events.
