D-Von Dudley shares an interesting fact about Dave Bautista’s early days

Before Dave Bautista debuted on the main roster, he was training at OVW with some of the greatest wrestlers of all time like John Cena, Brock Lesnar, and Randy Orton. However, D-Von Dudley did not think he was ready in his initial days and that’s why he didn’t get over with the fans.

He gave an interview on Title Match Wrestling and revealed that The Animal himself told him that he didn’t know how to wrestle at that time. Unfortunately, no one ever taught him anything during his three years in OVW.

Bautista made his debut as a follower of Reverend D-Von in early 2002. Then he finally got the push he was waiting for as he became a member of Evolution alongside Randy Orton. As of now, he is focusing on his movie projects in 2024, but the fans won’t be surprised if he makes an appearance in WWE.
