As WWE likes to have more and more young talent on their roster, they have regular tryouts for potential stars. Apart from having major signings from other sports and forms of entertainment, WWE focuses on signing athletes from other sports. Under such programs, it is now being reported by X user @lexveraux that Maxxine Dupri’s boyfriend Anthony Luke has also signed a developmental deal with the company.

Under the Next In Line (NIL) program, WWE signs talents who have the potential to be the next big thing. Therefore, Luke, who is a defensive lineman for San Diego State University, signed under a similar contract. Along with Anthony Luke, WWE signed deals for athletes like Destinee Brown, Josh Black, Peyton Prussin, and others. Therefore, it can be expected that Luke will learn the ropes soon and get called up on NXT or the main roster.

On the other hand, Maxxine Dupri has now become a household name on Monday Night Raw. In almost less than a year, Dupri has made the most of her character and storyline. She is now a part of the Alpha Academy with Otis and Chad Gable. She has also made a few in-ring performances, which were met with great reviews from fans and management.

The ChaseU segment from NXT programming each week features talent from the WWE Performance Center. The group consists of Andre Chase, Thea Hail, and Duke Hudson as the main characters. Other superstars like Tyler Bate and Jacy Jayne have also appeared with the group in the past. The group recently won the Bada Bing Bada Boom Tag Team Battle Royal on NXT.

This means that the tag team of Andre Chase and Duke Hudson will now face Tony D’Angelo and “Stacks” Lorenzo at Halloween Havoc. The match will take place on Night One of the two-night special NXT shows, i.e., on October 24th. Chase and Hudson have not won the titles yet and will look to win them for the first time.
