However, Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler won the match when the Rowdy One applied her submission hold on Shotzi.

Over the past few months, WWE has been booking The Rowdy One in the tag team division along with Shayna Baszler. The two of them have been dominating in the women’s division. Ever since losing the title to Charlotte Flair, Ronda has been thriving to reach the summit in the tag team division. Therefore, the fans saw them in the Women’s Showcase Match at the Grandest Stage of Them All.

Over the past couple of months, the company has been booking them as a legitimate team. It is evident from the subsequent episodes of SmackDown. Therefore, it is believed that they will eventually be battling for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.

A few months ago, there were reports that Ronda Rousey had opted to drop her SmackDown title and wanted to take a detour. The former MMA star showed her inclination to tread in the tag team division. As a result, WWE’s initial plans were to feature her and the Queen of Spades in the title picture at WrestleMania 39.
