WWE Universe witnessed a star-studded Friday Night SmackDown this week. They also saw the remaining two matches of the United States Title Tournament take place. As announced, Carmelo Hayes made his much-awaited main-roster debut and fans just can’t help appreciating the A-Game, the A-Champ brought before them.

He squared up against Arrogant Aussie, Grayson Waller in a fast-paced match. The match was filled with exciting moves and a lot of showboating. Fans were literally on the tip of their toes when they witnessed the A-Champ deliver outstanding counter-attacks against the Dynamite-from-Down-Under.

Melo chose to seal the deal with his iconic leg drop. Fans were mesmerized seeing the skill set of this young talent from NXT. With the Audacious Aussie behind him, Melo is set to face the Prizefighter, Kevin Owens. Owens also qualified by defeating the other half of the heel duo, Austin Theory.

Meanwhile, in NXT, Melo is still trying to determine who attacked his mate, Trick Williams. As the time passes, fingers rise against Melo. Time will tell whether Melo is a culprit-in-disguise.

They say the first impression is the last. It seems Melo took it quite seriously, as he made his fabulous debut on the Blue Brand. Locking horns with the Arrogant Aussie, Grayson Waller, wasn’t his first time but he made sure it didn’t look a repetition.

Filled with exciting action and engaging storytelling sequences, the match was a banger in the eyes of the audience. As such, they took to ‘X’ to react to it.

As can be inferred from the reactions, most of the fans enjoyed the match a lot. Many delivered their wishes to Melo for a bright future. Many have even started weaving the dream match scenario with Logan Paul at Royal Rumble 2024. Some even expressed their concerns about how WWE has a history of fumbling the pushes for younger talent. They don’t want to see the same happening with Melo.

All in all, the fans are excited about what’s in store for Hayes. With no reports and teases in sight, the future is bright for the A-Champ Scheduled to face the Prizefighter. However, the question persists whether Melo is here to stay or return to NXT to sort out his unfinished business.
