SmackDown witnessed the birth of a stable that could have a big impact on the roster. The revelation occurred during a segment that began with the team of the All-Mighty, Bobby Lashley, and The Street Profits arriving in the ring. Looking pissed, Lashley called out his foes to settle the score. It was then that the Titantron played a video that heralded the birth of ‘The Final Testament’.
The Final Testament is the name of the stable led by Karrion Kross. It was Paul Ellering who answered the call of Lashley and then pointed towards the screen. The video package began showing creepy vignettes of the 2-time NXT Champion and his valet, Scarlett.
Steadily, the two would go on to introduce Ellering, Akam, and Rezar as their stablemates. Kross and Scarlett would explain how they tried to hurt people from the inside to reveal how corrupt the world has become. After replaying the shots of AOP attacking Lashley and Profits, they claimed that the new faction was here to hurt from the outside.
The eerie vibes of the promo not only silenced Lashley but seemingly sent a chill down the spine of everyone watching. While it seemed that they might grace the ring, the promo soon ended, leaving Lashley and his mates contemplating what had just happened before them.
Fans seem impressed by the debuting faction led by Karrion Kross
Karrion Kross sent a statement to Bobby Lashley by cementing his allegiance with AOP as a new faction, The Final Testament. This news was delivered through a chilling video package that has attracted the attention of fans.
The fans not only seemed impressed by the aura and the presentation but, predicted big things in line for them. One user would compare them with the Judgment Day and wrote, “Already better than the judgment day‘. Check out that and some other reactions from X below.
It seems the fans really like the way Kross is getting portrayed. Despite dominating the NXT during the COVID Era, Kross had a lackluster run on the main roster. Even after returning in 2022, he has been on a losing streak in most of the meaningful contests.
It seems The Final Testament is the change that was needed for his career. After taking out a big name like the former WWE Champion, Bobby Lashley, it seems he is on his way to bringing everyone to notice. Meanwhile, the name declaration for the faction led by Lashley seems to have been postponed once again. Time will tell whether people’s fear will come true or whether their foes will have to fall prey.
