Ever since Triple H took over WWE creatively, he’s been making constant steps for bolstering the main-roster. He has already brought back a plethora of former talent including the likes of Bray Wyatt, Braun Strowman, Johnny Gargano, Karrion Kross and many more. So far the males got favoured, now it’s time for women to receive their call-ups.

According to Fightful, the company is interested in bringing back former NXT Superstar Tegan Nox. The NXT diehards must be well familiar with the name and they’ll be ecstatic to hear this news. Nox can be a great addition to either Raw or SmackDown, depending upon the need of the hour.

To her credit, she is a high-paced athlete and fairly talented woman. Nox drew attention immediately when she arrived on NXT UK brand and went straight after Kay Lee Ray. These two had a non-title feud that lasted few days. Their first singles match went in the favour of then reigning NXT UK Women’s Champion, Kay Lee Ray.

Well, Tegan Nox can definitely follow the footsteps of the latest returnee to WWE, the Australian ace Emma. We saw her return last night on SmackDown answering the open challenge of Ronda Rousey, though she was unsuccessful in the attempt. Current AEW superstar Paige also tweeted out her thrill for Emma’s eventual comeback to WWE.

In general, Tegan Nox has travelled around the globe to gain experience and she also worked on independent circuits. She competed in Attack! Pro-Wrestling for 4 years from 2013 and lasting till 2016. She kept jumping to various small promotions to fulfill her passion before receiving a WWE contract in April 2017.

Being originally listed as a competitor in Mae Young Classic, she suffered a terrible setback as Tegan injured her leg before the tournament. She then performed on NXT for a while having some brilliant matchups with numerous superstars there. Finally on July 9 last year, she got called-up to the main-roster on SmackDown alongside Shotzi.

They defeated Natalya and Tamina in Women’s tag-team championship contenders match several times, however they never received a shot at the same. Fans were unhappy to learn this flaw in WWE’s creative plans for them as a team. In the draft, Tegan Nox got separated from Shotzi and got drafted to Monday Night Raw. Then, she was released from WWE even without a single appearance for the red brand.
