In the world of professional wrestling, one of the most recognizable faces is Matt Cardona, formerly known as Zack Ryder. Everywhere he travels, he has been producing some incredible work for the industry. He previously dominated the WWE Universe as a whole, but the organization was unable to focus its attention on him.

Since Triple H took over WWE, everyone is really interested to see if Matt will return to the organization for a better run under The Game. Matt is now competing in Impact Wrestling. Recently, a fan tweeted wondering if people would love to see Zack Ryder return to WWE and receive the support he so richly deserves.

Matt personally replied to the tweet, shocking everyone by tweeting that Zack Ryder has officially passed away and announcing that he will no longer play that character or join WWE anytime soon because he is enjoying himself in Impact Wrestling.

Everyone was assuming that Matt Cardona would be returning to WWE because he can now be treated with respect and will have a good booking, but more importantly, the big thing is that he made his name big, which means he can even get a big money offer from WWE. As a result, everyone was taken aback by his viral tweets.

Many fans have been reassured by this tweet that Matt will not be joining WWE anytime soon, but in an interview, he stated that he may consider returning to the business if Triple H personally contacts him. This would be excellent considering they have misbooked him throughout his entire career.

The tweet from Matt Cardona does have two meanings. The second point of the tweet is to make it obvious to the fans that even if he returns to WWE, he won’t be playing the same persona there either; instead, he will continue to use his present one.

Aside from spending most of his time in the mid-card and occasionally competing in the tag team division with Mojo Rawley in a very entertaining tag team, Matt did have a respectable run in the organisation during which time he won the United States Championship and the Intercontinental Championship.
