WWE pay-per-views announced for 2022

Wrestlemania 38
WWE pay-per-views often deliver some of the biggest professional wrestling events of the year. After a long break, forced by the pandemic, WWE had to air all their shows and pay per views from the Thunderdome. Finally, WWE resumed their live events, with audience in attendance this year. The pandemic forced WWE to put up Wrestlemania on a comparatively smaller scale.
But they compensated with WWE Summerslam, which was easily their biggest event of 2021. With the world slowly returning to normal, WWE has already started planning their PPVs of 2022. The early announcement was done to assist the fans in planning their travels for 2022.
“Since returning to live events this past July, our fans have graciously expressed a tremendous appetite to attend WWE shows. As they begin to make plans for next year, we wanted to make sure that the 2022 schedule and locations of our pay-per-views were made available to them,” mentioned Nick Khan, WWE President & Chief Revenue Officer.
Here is the WWE pay-per-view schedule for 2022:
Event | Date | Location |
Day 1 | January 1 | State Farm Arena, Atlanta |
Royal Rumble | January 29 | The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis |
Wrestlemania 38 | April 2 & 3 | AT&T Stadium in Dallas |
Unnamed PPV | May 8 | Dunkin’ Donuts Center in Providence, R.I |
Unnamed PPV | June 5 | Allstate Arena in Chicago |
Money in the Bank | July 2 | Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas |
Summerslam | July 30 | Nissan Stadium in Nashville |
Unnamed PPV | September 3/4 | TBD |
Survivor Series | November 26 | TD Garden in Boston |
WWE website even mentioned that there will be WWE pay per view taking place in the month of February and October – but they haven’t been announced yet.
Some big WWE pay-per-views are scheduled for 2021

WWE has delivered some massive pay-per-views this year, since the resumption of live events. WWE Summerslam was easily the biggest event of the year. Crown Jewel 2021 was easily the best WWE pay-per-views in Saudi Arabia. But there are still a couple of massive PPVs in store.
One of the Big Four events of WWE is still in store – Survivor Series. The two main roster brands will be colliding against each other at the PPV, and the Champions too will be colliding against each other for brand supremacy. While Survivor Series will take place in November, there is still a slot for the December event – which could be taken by WWE TLC or Clash of Champions.
