Ronda Rousey is a former Raw Women's Champion
Former Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey took to social media and announced the birth of her first daughter. The former UFC megastar announced her pregnancy back in April 2021 in a video that was uploaded on her YouTube channel. The Baddest Women on the planet on social media, posted a photo and wrote:
“La’akea Makalapuaokalanipล Browne”
Ronda Rousey was last seen in WWE at WrestleMania 35 where she along with Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair main evented the event. The first-ever women’s main event of WrestleMania saw a triple threat winners take all match for the Raw and Smackdown Women’s Championship.
The three women featured in an epic match and in the end, Becky Lynch defeated Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair. Rousey didn’t show up on the WWE TV since then. The Baddest Women on the planet was rumored to return at WrestleMania 37 but then, she announced her pregnancy.

Many superstars including former WWE commentator Renee Young, WWE superstars Titus O Neil, Lacey Evans, Erik, Natalya, Liv Morgan, Mia Yim, WWE Hall of Famer Brie Bella, and others reacted to Ronda Rousey’s announcement. Other UFC superstars also reacted to the announcement and congratulated the former Raw Women’s Champion.
Ronda Rousey’s future is currently uncertain and is not expected to return to wrestling for a minimum of 6 months. Rousey, after the birth of her daughter, will take time to return but if she returns, she’s expected to return to WWE and resume her dream feud with Becky Lynch.
