WWE’s Most Wanted Treasures is not a scripted show, clarifies NXT star

WWE's most wanted treasures
The latest debutant on the NXT show, AJ Francis, has been seen regularly alongside multiple WWE legends and Hall of Famers on the new show WWE’s Most Wanted Treasures. Francis appeared on the latest NXT episode, where he assisted Isaiah “Swerve” Scott during his match against Leon Ruff.
One of the concerns that the WWE Universe has conveyed against the show is that they feel it is overly scripted. But AJ Francis has recently clarified that it is not the case.
AJ Francis recently appeared for an interview with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated. As soon as the topic of WWE’s Most Wanted Treasures came up, he quickly pointed out that the show is not scripted.
“This show isn’t scripted, it’s entertaining,” Francis said. “Kicking it with Undertaker and Kane, I’m like a kid in a candy shop. I’m a mega-fan, I can relate to the fans, and that’s why I’m here. I’m not playing a character. That’s me.”
AJ Francis’ favorite aspect of WWE’s Most Wanted Treasures

The WWE show involves the Superstars visiting the homes of die-hard collectors. AJ Francis considers this to be his favorite part of the show.
“People still ask me, ‘You like wrestling? What’s wrong with you?’ So I get it,” Francis said. “We go into the houses of these collectors. Sometimes, their friends don’t get them, their family doesn’t understand, but I do. I stare at a framed picture of Kevin Owens and a signed Roman Reigns shirt on my wall. I understand the passion. So when I walk into someone’s house, and I see these incredible collections, I appreciate the art form even more.”
WWE’s Most Wanted Treasures involves WWE personalities, instructed by Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, travelling across the country with AJ Francis in search of professional wrestling collectibles.
