One of the most stupendous matches of the 38th edition of the Grandest Stage of them All was the mystery match of Seth Rollins and the returning Cody Rhodes. The match was not only of the best matches of the most stupendous two night event in WWE history, but was also one of the most athletic matches in all of Sports Entertainment history.
Seth Rollins recently appeared in an interview with the Gorilla Position and made some bold comments on his stupendous match with Cody Rhodes at the 38th edition of the Grandest Stage of them All. The Visionary also revealed that he didn’t know who his opponent was when he was in the ring. Here’s what he said:
“I’ve got a lot of mixed emotions about Saturday. It certainly was a moment that will live in time and history of this industry, but I lost, and losing at WrestleMania is not fun. I have been on the losing end of some very important matches at WrestleMania, I’ve been on winning said of some things as well, and losing sucks, no matter how you slice it. The moment will live forever though, that’s how I have to remember it, the moment will live forever.”
“I always tell people, those big stadium events, the ring is like the eye of the hurricane. It’s very calm, maybe because it’s like my zen space. For whatever reason, it feels very calm to me and it was very surreal watching him come down the ramp knowing everything he’s been through the past six, seven years and everything he came back for. It was cool. It was cool to see the reaction and I was, in many ways, happy for him.” – Fightful
Seth Rollins recently revealed his opponents if he teamed up with Becky Lynch once again
Seth Rollins during an appearance on the Wrestlemania Panel revealed that he wanted to team up with his wife Becky Lynch once again like they did back in 2019. The Visionary also revealed that he wanted to face Cody Rhodes and his wife Brandi Rhodes when he teams up with the former Raw Women’s Champion.
