The inaugural Queen of the Ring Tournament winner, Zelina Vega, had a forgettable night on Raw. After having an intense confrontation with a returning Sonya Deville backstage, she had to pay for it in the ring. The 33-year-old star not only suffered a heartbreaking loss but also might have injured herself during the match.
On the latest episode of Raw, Zelina Vega talked about how she felt after Rhea Ripley‘s return to the title picture. However, before she could say anything, the trio of Sonya Deville, Zoey Stark, and Shayna Baszler interrupted her. After Vega insulted Deville about her hairline, a match was set between the two stars later that night.
The match wasn’t fair for the L.W.O. member at all, as she was distracted by Shayna Baszler, who seemingly broke her arm. Unfortunately for her, this was enough for Deville, who finished the match with Deville’s Advocate. The Jersey Devil showed no mercy to Vega, as the match ended in a very short amount of time.
Vega’s injury looked horrific; from the look of it as she was carried by the medical staff backstage. She was very close to becoming the Women’s World Champion a few weeks ago when she fought Liv Morgan. As of now, there is no news on how serious her injury is. Only time will tell when she returns to the ring to seek revenge on Deville.

Vega was visibly devastated after suffering a loss and a potential injury, as she expressed how she felt on social media. Interestingly, this was Sonya Deville’s very first singles match after her return for almost a whole year. Nonetheless, the 33-year-old star sent a message to the WWE Universe after her loss.
The L.W.O. member took to social media and stated she had absolutely no words to describe what transpired at Raw. Fans all over the world came out in support of her, saying that she emerged as a winner regardless of what happened in the ring. When the heel trio continued attacking Vega after the match was over, she was saved by Lyra Valkyria, Kayden Carter, and Katana Chance.

Since her return, The Jersey Devil has tried her best to gain the trust of Stark and Baszler with her plans. The trio was formed last week after they attacked Damage CTRL. With their introduction, the red brand now features several factions of female superstars, completely altering the dynamics of the women’s division.
