What a night it has been! WWE rightfully has been advertising this as the most stupendous Wrestlemania of all time. It all started with Pat McAfee vs Vince McMahon’s prodigy Austin Theory. Pat McAfee secured his first-ever victory and where! At the show of shows as he rolled up Theory for a count of 3. But that wasn’t all.
There comes the Chairman, Vincent Kennedy McMahon throwing this blazer down and getting in the ring facing off Pat McAfee. Vince then calls out for a referee and it is official! Vince McMahon vs Pat McAfee at Wrestlemania 38!! Kudos to Vince for taking bumps at this age! Owing to the distraction for Theory, McMahon successfully pinned McAfee as he and Theory pose in the ring. But is it all? No, it isn’t, it’s Wrestlemania!
Stone Cold Steve Austin gives a stunner to Vince McMahon
After one hell of a match against Kevin Owens last night, the Texas Rattlesnake is out here once again. The glass breaks and Steve Austin walks down the ramp and clears the house as Austin stuns Austin. He then calls for his traditional beer celebration, but this time alongside Vince McMahon, hence portraying that they have ended their differences. They share a beer but little did Vince know what was coming for him!
History repeats itself. One last show, one last time and Stone Cold Steve Austin has given us memories to remember. A classic match against Kevin Owens on Night one and a face down with Vince McMahon, once again like old times, on night two. In a nod to an era-defining feud, Austin and McMahon were left alone in the ring together. Austin ordered beers and shared a toast before delivering a kick to the gut and a stunner after considerable difficulty catching McMahon, who had completely lost his balance.
From ringside, McAfee encourages Austin. Austin rushes up and stomps on Vince’s back a few times before kicking him out of the ring. The audience erupts once more when Austin invites McAfee into the ring. As the glass breaks again, Austin hands McAfee two drinks and they begin another beer party. As McAfee and Stone Cold continue, the beers keep flowing. Out of nowhere, Austin drops McAfee with a Stone Cold Stunner. As the party continues, Austin tosses the football and collects a few more drinks. McAfee is flat on his back, but he’s still drinking beer.
Austin steps out of the ring, returns for a final wave to the audience, and then marches up the ramp. Austin finishes the section by turning and waving to the crowd one last time.
