Summerslam 2010 gave us the controversial Elimination tag match, where Cena teamed up with several Superstars to face Nexus. He was always going over, but the way he won, is still considered to be a selfish move. But soon, Cena’s fall began, when WWE started focussing on making new stars.

This led to six consecutive losses for Cena, where he loss to the likes of Brock Lesnar, Daniel Bryan, Seth Rollins and CM Punk. But at least, his consecutive run at Summerslam ended with a win against Baron Corbin. Cena currently holds a record of 5-9 at the PPV.
