Twitter erupts as Charlotte Flair defeats Alexa Bliss at Extreme Rules 2021

Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss have been long-time rivals and after their feud resumed after Summerslam 2021, the WWE Universe have been elated to see the two world-class athletes go against each other. With Flair having a lot of power and Bliss having super powers, the match was expected to be a high profile one and the same was seen.
Flair defeated Rhea Ripley and Nikki A.S.H. in a triple threat match at Summerslam to become the Raw Women’s Champion. But as soon as she won the title, Alexa Bliss came out to resume one of the greatest feuds in WWE history. The rivalry resumed with Flair delivering huge statements and threats to Bliss while the Goddess continued to play mind games with the Queen which made the challenger outrageous.
The match between the two rivals started with the WWE Universe cheering Bliss up when the latter delivered dropkick to the champion. Flair then fought back and delivered a slam to Bliss and then started delivering power strikes to her. Bliss then fought back and drove Flair face first into the turnbuckle but the champion bounced back easily.
Flair then went to the top rope for a splash but Bliss took her down with a dropkick. The champion then drove the challenger face first into the barricade and then brought her back inside the ring. She then delivered a slam to Bliss followed by an attempt of the natural selection but Bliss rolled out of it and delivered a standing moonsault.
The two then rolled each other to get an upset victory before Flair delivered a powerbomb to the challenger but the latter kicked out at two. Bliss then countered a splash into a picture-perfect sunset bomb but was able to get two counts only. Flair then took Lilly in her hands and then used the distraction to deliver a boot followed by the natural selection to get the win. After her win, Flair teared Lilly apart and then destroyed Alexa Bliss which is an indication of their feud continuing till Crown Jewel.
