This week’s SmackDown featured a stellar match between LA Knight and Andrade. It was an enthralling back-and-forth encounter that concluded with the Megastar picking up the win. However, there was one spot in the match that raised a lot of eyebrows, as it could have led to an embarrassing botch.

During the match, El Idolo was at the top turnbuckle while LA Knight was setting him up for a ‘Superplex’. As the 41-year-old jumped on the turnbuckle, he slipped off of the rope. He tried giving it another go after an awkward slip. However, the United States Champion again slipped in his step.

This moment made the spot look ridiculous, as it was not the first time the star has botched on the top rope. Although the botch lasted for an awkward couple of seconds, Andrade and Knight managed to put on a decent ending to this contest. In the closing moments, the champion delivered a vicious BFT to put an end to the US title aspirations of the former AEW star.
