Former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh turned 39 today and wishes poured in from all parts of the world. One of India’s greatest ever limited overs players, Yuvraj made a name for himself for his aggressive stroke play and brand of cricket. A handy bowler as well, the southpaw was a vital cog in India’s wheel from early 2000s to the mid 2010s.

Yuvraj Singh’s highest point came in the 2011 Cricket World Cup when he led India to victory with a terrific all-round showing throughout the tournament which also earned him the ‘Man of the Tournament’ award. An experienced veteran who represented India in over 400 international matches, the now 39-year-old’s domestic performances and showings in the Indian Premier League (IPL) mirrored that of his international ones as well.
