Indian spinner Yuzvendra Chahal was seen enjoying India’s Champions Trophy final encounter against New Zealand, alongside a female friend. The 34-year-old Haryana-born bowler was seen among the crowd at the Dubai International Stadium.

One of India’s foremost leg-spinners, Yuzvendra Chahal has remained in the headline following his split with wife Dhanashree Verma. Verma, a dance choreographer and a YouTuber, tied the knot with Chahal in December 2020. However, owing to friction in the relationship, they separated earlier this year, and filed a divorce petition with mutual consent in February 2025, in the Bandra family court.

Amid the ongoing divorce case between Yuzvendra Chahal was captured on camera, attending India’s Champions Trophy final in Dubai, with RJ Mahvash. Another famous YouTuber, RJ Mahvash, and Chahal were seen cheering for Team India, while photos and dating rumors quickly went viral. The 34-year-old leg-spinner was also seen whispering something in her ears, while enjoying the time together.

RJ Mahvash is quite well-known for her popular videos on fashion, travel and fitness, and has a massive fan-following on social media. She is rumored to have started dating Yuzvendra Chahal, following his separation with Dhanashree Verma. Despite slamming those rumors as ‘baseless’, the two were photographed together at the cricketer’s Christmas lunch party, last year.

Moreover, the recent images of Yuzvendra Chahal and RJ Mahvash did not hold well with fans. Many of them expressed discomfort with the fact that his ex-wife Dhanashree was wrongly abused on social media platforms for cheating on Chahal, and labeled as ‘gold-digger’.

YouTuber Dhanashree Verma and cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal have been in the news for their divorce, which was filed in February, this year. Amid separation buzz, Dhanashree shared an ambiguous message on her Instagram profile, which boasts around 6.2 million followers.

28-year-old Dhanashree Verma has been targeted by social media users and critics for having failed at her relationship with Chahal. On the occasion of the International Working Women’s Day, she highlighted the spirituality and the existence of God within her, and refrained from losing hope. Moreover, the post also carried a caption, encouraging women all around the world to stay ‘fearless’ and ‘strong’.
